The Way We Work — Farm & Fable Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy). If you disagree, please do not use the site or services.

Eligibility & Business Use. Our services are intended for adults. Where you act for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

Accounts & Security. If you create an account, keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

Orders & Pricing. Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. We may correct typographical errors or update pricing before order acceptance. A quote is valid only for the period mentioned on it.

Taxes & Duties. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) and statutory levies may apply. Cross-border duties, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery. Dispatch generally occurs Monday–Saturday, mornings only. Risk passes on delivery; title transfers after full payment is received and cleared.

Returns & Replacements. For food safety, returns are limited. If a lot seems off, contact us within 72 hours with your batch code; we’ll replace or refund as appropriate and investigate the cause.

Intellectual Property. All text, images, and marks on this site belong to Farm & Fable or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable Use. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, or use our content to mislead others.

Third-Party Services. We rely on payment processors, carriers, and other partners. Their services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party failures.

Disclaimer of Warranties. Services and goods are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.
